silk screen printing or UV printing,try to use eco-friendly painting.Non
eco-friendly painting not only harm to the health of your workers,but also has pungent
smell after drying.
2. If
the products need to be spray painting,the time between undercoating and
finishing coating should be wait 24 hours at least.
3. The
whole workshop and silk screen printing line needs a very good ventilation
system.It will speed up the drying of painting.
4. If
inner temperature reach a high level,to avoid the deform cause by high
temperature,we will control the bending line temperature when bending the
acrylic.
